The Curbelo Moulton Bill is the worst, most dangerous gun control bill ever introduced. it has bipartisan support with republican sponsors in the wake of the deadly shooting in Las Vegas. The bill seeks to ban devices that Modify Semi-automatic firearms to simulate fully automatic fire rates, without violating NFA Regulations on Machine guns. The term "Rate Enhancing device" has broad reaching implications for the state of modern firearms ownership and the second amendment. The bottom line: this is intentional.
